Thermodynamic Calculating Model of Nitrogen in CaO-B2O3 Slag Melt

  • 摘要: 根據爐渣結構的共存理論,推導了CaO-B2O3渣系熱力學計算模型,并且理論計算的CaO,B2O3的作用濃度與實測的活度值非常一致。由此說明了該模型的合理性。在此基礎上,找出了爐渣結構與渣中氮含量的關系,并分析了其有關的物理意義。研究結果認為:渣中氮含量與爐渣結構密切相關.

     

    Abstract: On the basis of the coexistence theory of slag structure. the thermodynamic calculating model of CaO-B2O3 slag melt was deduced. The agreements between calculated NCaO, NB2O3 and measured acao aB2O3 are well. The relationship of nitrogen solution in CaO-B2O3 slag with mass action concentrations of structural units has been suggested and the related physical means are discussed. The nitrogen solution in CaO-B2O3 slag is closely connected with the slag structure.
