鋁合金表面稀土鈰耐蝕膜

Corrosion Resistant Film of Cerium Rich Coating on Aluminium Alloys

  • 摘要: 采用線性極化技術對在鋁合金表面生成稀土耐蝕膜的21種工藝進行了篩選。考察了溶液濃度、溫度、時間和pH值等工藝因素對成膜耐蝕性的影響.電化學測試結果表明,表面生成稀土耐蝕膜后鋁合金的耐蝕性得到了顯著改善,稀土耐蝕膜的存在既抑制了腐蝕的陰極過程,又抑制了陽極過程。氧、鈰、鋁是組成膜的3種主要元素。

     

    Abstract: Linear polarazation method is used to select the best surface treatment technique for aluminium and its alloys in 21 kinds of cerium contained solution. The effects of the CeCl3 concentration, expose time, the solution temperature and pH on the corrosion resistance of the cerium rich coatings are discussed. The electrochemical measurement result shows that the corrosion resistance of aluminium alloy is significiantly improved after cerium rich coating is formed.Both cathodic and anodic corrosion processes are restrained. The surface analysis shows that the film consists of oxygen, cerium and aluminium.
