CaO-Al2O3-SiO2熔渣的作用濃度計算模型

Calculation Model of Mass Action Concentrations for CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 Melts

  • 摘要: 根據相圖和爐渣結構的共存理論,推導了CaO-Al2O3-SiO2渣系作用濃度的計算模型,計算的NCaONSiO2與相應的實測αCaOαSiO2基本符合,從而證明所得模型可以反映本渣系的結構本質。與此同時,還發現生成正硅酸鹽(2CaO·SiO2)的堿度因Al2O3的增加而變大的事實和本渣系有∑n較小的活躍部分。

     

    Abstract: According to the phase diagram and the coexistence theory of slag structure,a calculating model of mass action concentrations for CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 slag system is formulated.Satisfactory agreement between calculated and measured values shows that this model can reflect the structural characteristics of this slag system.Meanwhile,It is shown that the bascity at which 2CaO·SiO2 forms increases with the increase of Al2O3 content and that there is an active zone where ∑n is smaller than other part of the slag system.
