高梯度磁力分離在設備磨損監測診斷中的應用

Application of High Gradient Magnetic Seperation into Machine's Monitoring and Fault Diagnosis

  • 摘要: 從高梯度磁力分離的理論基礎入手,根據機械設備發生磨損時產物——磨粒的形態與磁性特點,首次較完整地提出了將高磁力分離技術應用于設備磨損監測和故障診斷中的思想方法,并在此基礎上開發研制了油液磨粒監測儀WPM。

     

    Abstract: Based on our researches on High Gradient Magnetic Seperation (HGMS) and machine wear particle characteristics when wear takes place in machanical systems, the idea of applying HGMS to machine's Wear Monitoring and Fault Diagnosis (WMFD) is put forword. Then it describes a newly developed instrument——Wear Particle Monitor (WPM) as an example of HGMS's application in the field of WMFD.
