真空感應熔煉過程中微量Bi的揮發

Evaporation of Trace Bismuth during Vacuum Melting of Steel

  • 摘要: 研究表明,實驗條件下向鋼液中加入純鉍時鉍的收得率為7.54%.鋼液中鉍的揮發過程受液/氣界面的揮發反應及液相邊界層中的擴散混合控制,其傳質系數K23在10-2cm/s數量級;實驗得出了K23值及鋼液中鉍濃度的經驗計算公式;還探討了熔渣覆蓋對鋼液中鉍揮發的影響.

     

    Abstract: The result shows that the rate of bismuth recovery reachs 7.54% by adding pure bismuth to liquid steel under the experimental condition.The evaporation process of trace bismuth is controlled by transport in both the metal boundary layer and the evaporation from the pool surface, in which the transport coefficient K23 is at the order magnitute of 10-2cm/s.The experimental formulas to calculate K23 and bismuth concentration in molten steel have been gained.The effect of covering slag on bismuth evaporation has also been studied.
