Study of Microstructure and Properties of High Speed Steel Produced by Spray

摘要: 采用光學顯微鏡、掃描電鏡研究了沉積高速鋼孔隙的大小、形狀、分布及顯微結構.測定了試樣的力學性能,并與相同成分的鑄態、鍛造態高速鋼進行了對比.結果表明,沉積高速鋼顯微結構和性能都優于鑄態和鍛造態高速鋼.Abstract: The microstructure and porosity of high speed steel (HSS) prepared by spary forming have been studied with optical microscope and scanning electron microscope (SEM). Compared to the casted high speed steel with the same composition, the results show that microstructure and the main mechanical properties of the high speed steel prepared by spray forming are superior.
