Computer Simulation on Modern High Speed Strip Mills

  • 摘要: 本文討論了在現代板帶軋機中廣泛使用的兩種主要液壓執行機構(液壓AGC和用于板型控制的彎輥系統)的設計與分析方法,重點是建模與計算機仿真;介紹了已建立的仿真模型,給出了一些仿真結果.它表明仿真所作出的預測與實測數據高度吻合.

     

    Abstract: This paper discusses the design of the two principle hydraulic actuators in rolling mills:capsules for hydraulic Automatic Gauge Control(AGC) and roll bending systems for shape and profile control. The main emphasis is on the modelling and computer simulations to the rolling process. The basis of these models is presented together with some results from the simulations. These results compare well with data from test measurements.
