熱鍍鋅IF鋼基板的實驗研究

The Study of IF Steel Sheets through Continuous Annealing on Line

  • 摘要: 研究了不同微合金化元素加入量條件下,無間隙原子(IF)鋼的再結晶溫度和組織,獲得了對實際生產十分有益的微合金元素含量與間隙原子碳、氮間的定量關系式,并著重分析了化學成分、工藝參數對IF鋼成型性能的影響,提出了合理的生產工藝參數.

     

    Abstract: This paper has investigated the recrystallization temperatures and structures of interstitial-free (IF) steels with different microalloying elements (MAE) contents, and the formulas between MAE contents and interstitial atoms carbon and nitrogen, which is very useful for practical production, are obtained. Emphasis to discuss the effects of composition and processing parameters on the properties of IF steel. At last, appropriate processing conditions are given.
