摘要: 通過對鍍鋅板和裸鋼板r值的實測,并通過掃描電鏡觀察和理論分析,提出鋅層在單向拉伸過程中出現的橫向裂紋是造成r值下降的主要原因.Abstract: It is known that the r-value of steel sheets is decreased due to galvanizing.In the paper, the influences of galvanizing coat on r-value has been investigated by tensile test, SEM examination and theoretical analysis.The research shows that the transversal cracks in the coat is the main cause of decreasing r-value.
