稀相氣固兩相垂直管流內的固相濃度和粘度

Concentration and Viscosity of Solid Phase in a Fully Developed Dilute Gas-Solid Vertical Flow

  • 摘要: 在忽略徑向慣性力和粘性項的條件下,建立了稀相氣固兩相垂直管流內充分發展段的固相濃度分布模型,并在對模型進行分析的基礎上,得出了濃度分布模式的成立條件.運用Hinze-Tchen公式及混合長理論得到固相湍流粘度的計算模型,通過計算得到固相湍流交換系數隨Regdp/D及\bar ρp/\bar ρg等數的變化規律.

     

    Abstract: A mathematical model of concentration in a fully developed dilute gas-solid vertical flow was developed by neglecting inert and viscous terms of radius direction.And the existing conditions of some modes of concentration distribution were obtained through the analysis of the model.Based on Hinze-Tchen formula and theory of mixing length,a mathematical model of viscosity of solid phase was gotten,and the factors that affect the viscosity were analysed by the calculation of the model.
