熔渣中飽和相組元作用濃度的計算

Calculation of Mass Action Concentration for Oxides Saturated in Slag Melts

  • 摘要: 在爐渣結構共存理論的基礎上,討論了當溶渣中出現某組元飽和時的作用濃度計算.研究發現,實測的活度值與計算的作用濃度值之間存在明顯的分配關系.考慮此分配比后,可使得計算的作用濃度值和實測的活度值相一致.文中分別討論了CaO-SiO2、MnO-SiO2和MgO-SiO2渣系的分配比,進而推導了lgL-1/T和析出自由能△G°-T的關系式.

     

    Abstract: On the basis of the coexistence theory of slag structure, mass action concentration for oxides saturated in slag melts are studied.It has been demonstrated that there is a good distribution relation between mass action concentration and activity.Considering this distribution relation, the calculated mass action concentrations for oxides saturated in slag melts agree with the measured activity well.Furthermore CaO-SiO2,MnO-SiO2,and MgO-SiO2,slag melts are discussed and the lgL~l/T,△G°(seperation free energy)~T relations are also deduced.
