摘要: 研究了稀土與鈦對鋅基合抗金在95℃水蒸汽NaCl水溶液中耐晶間腐蝕的作用。結果表明,兩種元素皆可提高鋅基合金的抗晶間腐蝕能力;稀土與鈦的復合加入可大幅度提高抗晶間腐蝕能力,基本上抑制鋅基合金的老化現象。Abstract: The influence of RE and Ti on intergranular corrosion resistance of Zine-base alloys has been studied in the mediums of aqueous vapour (95℃) and NaCl solution. The results show that both of two elements additions can improve the intergranular corrosion resistance of Zine-base alloys. The compound additions of RE and Ti can greatly improve intergranular corrosion resisance, and almost eliminate the ageing phnomenon of the alloys.
