超深沖IF鋼退火初期再結晶形核機制

Recrystallization Nucleation Mechanism on Initial Annealing in Extra-Deep Drawing IF Steel

  • 摘要: 本文選用了超深沖IF鋼,經1200℃開軋、930℃終軋、700℃卷取和80%冷軋后,在800℃不同時間退火并觀察其再結晶過程。實驗結果表明.微碳、鈦、鈮IF鋼在退火初期,111平行于板面亞晶首先發生回復、多邊化,而后形成再結晶晶核,同時這種取向的晶粒優先長大從而形成111纖維的織構,其它取向的品粒較遲發生回復或被生長著的111平行于板面取向的晶粒吞并。

     

    Abstract: The recrystal course is observed through annealing temperature of 800℃ and variation annealing time in extra-deep drawing IF steel. It is processed in soak temperature of 1 200℃, finish temperature of 930℃, coiling temperature of 700℃ and cold reduction of 80%. According to experamental result, the recrystallization nucleation principle in preliminary annealing is discovered in IF steel of micro-carbon, micro-titanium and micro-niobium. The principle is that the recovering, poly-gonization begins at the subgrains of 111 orientation, then these subgrains grow up prevailing. The texture mainly consisting of 111 orientation is formed.
