感應熱處理雙相鋼的微觀組織

Microstructures of Dual Phase Steel Produced by Induction Heat Treatment

  • 摘要: 采用感應熱處理兩次淬火工藝對硅錳系低碳鋼進行雙相熱處理,得到具有感應熱處理雙相組織特征的雙相鋼。研究表明,感應熱處理兩次淬火的雙相組織中鐵素體晶粒細化,馬氏體呈細層片狀分布,使雙相鋼的強韌化水平明顯提高。證明感應熱處理兩次淬火是一種制取高性能雙相鋼的新型工藝。

     

    Abstract: The two phases microstructure of dual phase steel produced by induction heat treatment and duplex quench processing is investigated. The results show that this kind of two phases microstructures contain a fine grained ferri-tic matrix and fibrous martensite, theretore, improve the level of stregth and ductility.
