平面應力特征線場法及其應用

Plane Stress Characteristics Method and Its Application

  • 摘要: 在Hill屈服準則和與之相適應的流動法則的基礎上,首次建立了考慮材料厚向異性的平面應力理論特征線方程,并將此基本方程應用于具有厚向異性的不規則件拉深成形的模擬。運用平面應力特征線場法計算、分析了盒形件拉深時法蘭部的應力分布和沿模口的法向應力分布,并研究了該方法在合理毛料形狀設計及其相應的合理加載條件設計中的應用。

     

    Abstract: Based on Hill's yield condition and its related flow rule, the plane stress characteristics equations have been developed for the first time. By using these equations, the analysis and simulation for the deep drawing process of normal anisotropic and irregular parts have been realized. In the paper, the plane stress characteristic theory is adopted to calculate and analyse the stress distribution within the flange region and along the die opening during the deep drawing process of square boxes. Furthermore, with the application of the plane stress characteristic theory founded, the optimum design for the blank shapes and its loading conditions have also been researched in this paper.
