中心壓實法對提高鍛件質量的影響

Improvement of the Internal Quality of Large Forgings by J.T.S Forging Process

摘要: 通過高溫模擬試驗,研究了中心壓實法(J.T.S法)鍛造時,鍛件內部孔洞性缺陷的鍛合機理和變形規律,以及對鍛件內部組織和機械性能的影響。證實了溫度梯度的存在,對提高鍛件內部質量的有利作用。

Abstract: The mechanism and law of consolidation of the internal cavities of large forgings in J.T.S forging process were systematically investigated by high temperature modelling technique. The effect of J.T.S forging process on internal structure and mechanical properties was given. The resuts proved that this process could greatly improved the properties of large forgings.
