Load Distribution in Rolling Bearings Considering the System Deformation

摘要: 提出了一種將滾動體模擬成非線性彈性支承的新方法。它考慮了軸承系統的變形。當軸承座較薄弱時,壓力常呈雙峰分布。Abstract: A new method is approached here by simulating the action of rolling elements with nonlinear elastic supports. The system deformation is considered. The results show that the rolling element load distribution has close relationship with the chock stiffness and bearing clearance. When the stiffness is relatively small the load is double-peakly distributed but not single-peakly as described in conventional analytical method.
