初軋機軋制打滑引起的扭振響應

A Research for Torsional Vibration Responses Resulting from Roll Slippage on Blooming Mill

  • 摘要: 論述了初軋機在軋制過程中打滑引起的兩種不同的扭振響應。根據扁頭斷口上的疲勞裂紋用斷裂力學的方法計算出斷裂扭矩,與上述兩種扭振響應恰相吻合。

     

    Abstract: Two kinds of torsional vibration responses are discussed whicl produced in drive system of blooming mill owing to the roll slippage during working course. By means of fracture mechanics the fracture torque is calculated according to the cracks appeared in damaged section of the wobbler. The calculated fracture torque is in accordance with two kinds of torsional vibration responses.
