用流函數分析平面軋制問題

Analysis of Plate Rolling Process Using Flow Function

  • 摘要: 給出了一種用流函數求解理想剛塑性材料的平面應變軋制的方法。速度場被分解為基礎速度場和附加速度場。基礎速度場滿足邊界上給定的速度條件,附加速度場滿足齊次邊界條件。與這兩部分速度場相對應,有基礎流函數和附加流函數。基礎流函數可以確定地寫出,附加流函數則借助于Weierstrass定理寫成完備空間的向量族,即多項式。通過使全功率極小化,可以將多項式系數確定。用這一方法求得了速度場、應力場、塑性區前后邊界,接觸弧上中性點的位置和軋制單位壓力,并與工程方法的計算結果作了比較。

     

    Abstract: The velocity field is devided into the basic and additional fields. The basic velocity field should satisfy given conditions on boundary, but the additional velocity field should only satisfy the uniform boundary conditions. Corresponding to those two parts of velocity field there are basic flow function and additional flow function. The basic flow function can be written definitly, while the additional flow function, according to the Weierstrass theorem, has been written as a family of vectors in complete space, i.e. a polynomial. With the aid of minimization of the total power the coefficients of the polynomial hare been defined. By using this method, the following results are obtained: velocity field, field of strain-rate, stress field, the back and front boundaries of plastic zone, the position of neuture point on the contact arc, and the rolling pressure acting on the contact surface of the strip.
