混合對流圓柱形封閉空間的等效導熱系數及其應用

Effective Thermal Conductivity and Its Application in the Combined Convective Cylindrical Enclosure

  • 摘要: 以從熱面向冷面傳熱量相同為條件,針對封閉空間內具有混合對流及導熱問題引進了等效導熱系數概念。以圓柱體熔體為背景計算了等效導熱系熱以及它與熔體空間形狀、Re數和Gr數等因素之間的關系,對所得結果進行了物理的解釋。這些結果對諸如金屬凝固、晶體生長等問題的計算有一定參考價值。并將計算結果與砷化鎵單晶生長過程中實測數據進行對比,兩者相當吻合。

     

    Abstract: On the basis of same heat flow between hot surface and col surface, the concept of effective thermal conductivity is adapted to solve thos problems which have combined convection and conduction in enclosure. The relations of effective thermal conductivity with the shape of cylindrical enclosure Re number and Gr number arc calculated, and all the results are explained physically. Those results are available to solving the problems such as metal solidification and crystal crystallization etc. The comparison is made between the calculating results and experimental data of GaAs crystal growth, and it is founc that they are agreement.
