The Effect of Al, Ti, V and Nb on the Grain Growth Behavior of Austenite in Medium Carbon Steels

  • 摘要: 對6爐微合金化高氮L45鋼進行了長時間(1800s)加熱時和快速(50℃/s)短時間(5s)加熱時奧氏體晶粒長大試驗。測定了奧氏體晶粒平均截線長度。在萃取復型透射電鏡照片上利用圖象分析儀測定了1#、3#和6#鋼樣中微細析出相的尺寸分布。利用透射電鏡能譜儀分析了微細析出相的化學成分。還探討了鋁及微合金化元素鈦、釩和鈮與加熱溫度對高氮中碳鋼奧氏體晶粒度的影響機制。

     

    Abstract: The austenite grain growth tests for six heats of micro-alloyed high nitrogen L45 steels were experimented at the condition of long time heating (1800s) and stort time heating (5s) by rapid heating rate (50℃/s).The mean intercepts of austenite grains were measured. Utilizing the transmitted electron microscopic photoplates for extsacted replica the size distribution of the precipitated phases in steel 1#, 3# add 6# were determined. The chemical composition of the fine precipitates was analysed by Energy Dispersion Spectrometer attached to the TEM. The mechanism of the effects of Al and the microalloyed elements Ti, V. Nh and of heating temperature on the austenite grain size was studied.
