On Reaction Dynamics of Adsorption of N2 in Liquid Fe-C-O System

  • 摘要: 研究往Fe-C-O系熔體吹氮時吸氮反應動力學,測定了氮分壓、氧和碳含量以及溫度對吸氮反應速度的影響。通過實驗數據處理,得出Fe-C-O系熔體吸氮反應在氧含量較低時是一級反應,較高時是二級反應,氧含量很高時吸氮速度達最低值。碳能顯著地降低Fe-C-O系熔體吸氮反應的傳質系數。一級反應和二級反應活化能各為131.67kJ/mol,122.89kJ/mol

     

    Abstract: Studied the reaction dynamics of the solution of N2 in the liquid Fe-C-O system, measured the effect of partial preasure of N2, content of O2 and C, temperatures on the solution rate. This reaction was in first order whenO content is lower; it was second order whenO content is high; the rate of solution is lowest when theO content is very high. The influenceC content on the mass transport constant of solution is evident. The apparent activation energy at first order is 131.6 kJ/mol, and 122.89 kJ/mol at second order.
