Na₂O-SiO₂渣系的作用濃度計算模型

摘要: 根據爐渣結構的共存理論,Na₂O-SiO₂相圖和有關的熱力學數據,推導了本渣系的作用濃度計算模型。利用此模型計算得的N_Na2O和N_SiO2與實測的~a_Na2O和文獻上的~a_SiO2符合甚好。由此證明爐渣結構的共存理論對本渣系也是適用的。

Abstract: According to the coexistence theory of slag structure, phasediagram Na₂O-SiO₂ and the corresponding thermodynamic data, a calculating model of mass action concentrations for the slag system has been deduced. The calculated N_Na₂O and N_siO₂ by this model are in good agreement with measured a_Na₂o and a_sio₂ from literature source respectively. Thus it shows that the coexistence theory of slag structure is applicable to slag system Na₂O-SiO₂ too.
