鎳基高溫合金氬氣霧化粉末顆粒中相的研究

Precipitation in Ar-Atomized Nickel-base Superalloy Powders

  • 摘要: 松散粉末中的組織狀態以及相組成,直接影響,等靜壓的成型工藝。熱處理后的組織與性能。本文采用X射線物相鑒定和透射電子顯微鏡研究了氬氣霧化的FGH95合金松散粉末顆粒內部的相組成,并與Rene’95粉末顆粒進行對比。結果指出MC型碳化物是霧化松散粉末中主要析出相。FGH95合金粉末中為(Nb、Ti)C、并含少量的Cr、Ni、Mo等元素,而Rene'95粉中主要為NbC。MC碳化物的形態與其成分、凝固條件密切相關。在FGH95熱中發現少量Laves相,一次γ'相和硼化物相,而且Laves相和硼化物相往往與MC碳化物以共生形態出現。

     

    Abstract: The precipitation phases present in argon-atomized FGH95 superalloy powders were studied by X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy and X-ray energy dispersive spectra techniques.
    The major precipitate Phase in the interior of the powder particles is identified as MC-type carbides containing Nb and Ti with some Cr,Ni, Mo and W.The morphology of MC-type carbides may be related to the composition of the alloy and the condition of its solidification.Minor Phases,such as Laves phase, primary γ' phase and boride phase are also present.
