摘要: 為了弄清鋼流在澆注過程中受空氣氧化的情況,進行了模型實驗,得到的吸氣公式為:

還根據現場取樣,分析澆注前后鋼中氮含量以及氮氧之間關系,算出了鋼液吸氧量,說明用上式估算鋼水二次氧化程度是可行的。

Abstract: In order to understand the air oxidation of molten steel during teeming the model experiments on the oxygen absorption of pouring stream were carried out.A theoretical formula of gas absorption is given.
