金屬粉未爆炸燒結的機理

An Investigation on Sintering Consolidation Mechanism During Dynamic Powder Compaction of High Speed Steel Powders by Explosive Means

  • 摘要: 本文采用環狀飛片柱面收縮爆炸方法,研究了GF3高速鋼粉末在沖擊波作用下,瞬時(幾微秒)產生高溫高壓,使顆粒表面熔化,在隨后激冷凝固過程中形成微晶組織,使粉末顆粒相互粘結在一起,達到燒結的目的。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the sintering mechanism of GF3 high-speed steel powders has been investigated by means of a cylinderically converging explosive method with a ring-shaped flyer.It has been shown that shock waves produce high temperature and high pressure in a few microseconds, which leads to that melting occurs at the interface of the metallic powders and caructure causes inter-particle welding resultion in microcrystaline structure and sintering of powder particles in the rapid solidifying process followed.
