GH220合金滲Al層的逐層相分析

Layer by Layer Phase Analysis of Aluminide Coating of A Nickel-Base Superalloy GH220

  • 摘要: 通過物理—化學相分析及其它物理手段對經900℃不同時間時效的GH220合金的滲鋁層進行了逐層相分析。用聯立方程分別求出離表面不同深度范圍內β—NiAl相γ′相的含量。通過修正比重,對取層厚度進行了合理計算。提供了滲鋁層中相變趨勢。本文把計算過程全部編成程序。對微處理機在相分析中的運用作了初步嘗試。

     

    Abstract: Layer by layer phase analysis of aluminide coating of a Ni - base supe-ralloy GH220 is carried out by physicochemical phase aaalysis and other physical instruments. The used samples of this alloy is aged at different time. Contents of β- NiAl and γ’ phases within various depth from coating surface was determined through simultaneous equations. The reasonable calculation of removed coating thickness is mado by correcting density. Trend of phase transformation in alurninids coating is presented. All calculations in this paper are programmed. Application of microcomputer in phase analysis is initially tried.
