Influence of Tungsten, Molybdenum, Aluminium and Titanium on Minor Phases of A Ni-Base Superalloy GH220

  • 摘要: 應用綜合分析手段對不同W、Mo、Al、Ti含量的GH220合金相的溶解、析出規律進行了研究。找出了主要合金元素對析出相的影響,進一步揭示了合金中微量相的變化規律,給出了不同熱處理工藝下相的含量。為合金的研制和使用提供了重要依據。

     

    Abstract: The law of the phase precipitation and phase dissolution in alloy with different content of W, Mo, Al and Ti has been studied by the method of complex phase analysis. The main alloying elements influencing on the precipitated phase have been found, and phase transformation rule is got. The content of kinds of phases have been measured.
