合金結構鋼的變形阻力

Resistance to Deformation of Alloy Structureal Steels

  • 摘要: 采用凸輪式高速形變試驗機,壓縮端面上帶凹槽并在凹槽里充滿不同軟化溫度的玻璃粉作潤滑劑的圓柱形試件的方法,其變形溫度為850—1150℃,變形速度為5—80S-1,變形程度為Ln(h0/h1)=0—0.6931。對40MnB等四個合金結構鋼進行高溫高速下塑性變形阻力實驗研究。
    本文不僅提供了40MnB變形阻力計算圖表,而且對目前常用變形溫度對變形阻力的影響項具有兩種不同結構型式的擬合曲線采用非線性回歸進行分析比較,提出了擬合精度較高的變形阻力數學模型。

     

    Abstract: Using the high speed cam plastomatry the cylindrical samples with th concave at butt end, filled with glass powders which has different melting poing as lubricate, are pressed. Under the following conditions,deformation temperature is 850 to 1150℃, rate of deformation is 5 to 80 s-1,amount of deformation(Ln(h0/h1)) is 0 to 0.693,the experiments for four kinds of alloy structure steels are taken place. The results show that they not only give the calculating diagram of resistance to deformation, but compare two kinds of curve fitting, finally,a mathematical modle that is higher fitting precision for resistance to deformation is presented
