合金元素Mo、Cr₃C₂及C對WC-FeCoNi合金組織和性能的影響

摘要: 本文詳細研究了添加Mo、Cr₃C₂及C對WC-Fe/Co/Ni合金組織和性能的影響。本文也論述了通過熱處理工藝的改變,改善了粘結相結構,從而提高了合金的性能。這種WC-Fe/Co/Ni硬質合金的綜合質性能有可能優于WC-Co硬質合金。

Abstract: In this paper, the influence of adding Mo,Cr₃C₂ and C on the structure and properties of WC-Fe/Co/Ni hard metal has been investigated. The paper has also discussed the effect of heat treatment on the structure of binder phase and the properties of the alloy.
The experimental results showed that the properties of WC-Fe/Co/ Ni alloy can be improved by closely controlling the composition of the alloy and the addition of alloying elements and by heat treatment. The combination propeties of WC-Fe/Co/Ni alloy was better than that of the WC-Co alloy.
