A NEW TYPE OF HIGH PERFORMANCE COBALT FREE PERMANENT MAGNETS

摘要: 本文測量了Fe₇₆Pr₁₆B₈燒結永磁體的室溫各向異性場H_A=85KOe,磁晶各向異性常數K=4.2×10⁷erg/cm³;磁體的磁能積已達到37MGOe。研究了各種工藝因素,諸如燒結溫度,回火溫度與時間等對燒結磁體性能的影響。

Abstract: Room temperature anisotropy field of 85KOe and magneto-crystalline an-isotropy constant of 4.2×10⁷ erg/cm³ for sintered Fe₇₆Pr₁₆B₈ bulk permanent magnets were measured.The energy product of the sintered magnet is up to 34MGOe.The influences of process factors such as sintering temperature and annealing temperature and time etc. on magnetic properties were studied.
