鎳基變形高溫合金中的彎曲晶界形成的機制

Mechanism of Ziggag Grain Boundary Formation in Wrought Nickelbase Superalloys

  • 摘要: 本文重點研究鎳基變形高溫合金中彎曲晶界形成的動力學過程。指出當晶界上存在兩相(γ1和M6C或M23C6)時,形成彎晶的為主相隨合金本質及熱處理參數(溫度、冷速等)而變化。提出一個兩相式彎晶形成模型和一個一段晶界遷移模型。

     

    Abstract: Kinetic Process of zigzag grain boundary formation (ZGBF) in wrought nickel-base superalloys has been investigated.It was shown that the major phase of ZGBF is depended on the nature of alloys and parameters of heat treatment (temperature, cooling rate and so on), when two phases(γ', M6C or M23C6) are coexisted at grain boundary.Two models are presented in this paper:one is used in ZGBF with two phases, the other is used to describe migration of (a segment) grain boundary.
