雙機拖動差動調速系統的速度品質——中小型軋機技術改造研究之三

A Stuay of Speed Grade of the Differential Dual Drive System

  • 摘要: 本工作試制成功了用于測量主傳動系統靜、動態速降的比較放大器,它具有較高的靈敏度與響應速度。測試結果證實雙電機差動調速系統的調速品質滿足了連軋工藝的要求。差動調速連軋技術的優點是技術簡單、易于掌握;舊有設備可充分利用、投資少、建設速度快。可以作為我國中小型軋機技術改造的方案之一。

     

    Abstract: An amplifier which is used to measure the static and dynamic speed droop has been developed successfully, it gives out higher sensitivity and responsibility.It is proved by the experimental data that the speed grade of the D.D.D system can meet the requiremenets of the continuous rolling technique.The advantage of D.D.D continuous rolling technique is that the skill is simple enough to be masterd, the investment in building is little and that the speed of building is faster, It can be used as one of the plan in rebuilding the bar mill in our country.
