Spinodrl decomposition and magnetic hardening of Fe-23Cr-15Co-0.5Ti permanent alloy

  • 摘要: 用磁性測量、透射電鏡、穆斯堡爾效應和磁疇觀察(靜態與準靜態)等方法研究了Fe—23Cr—15Co—2Mo—0.5Ti合金在磁場處理和等級時效過程中的Spinodas分解和磁硬化。實驗結果表明,合金的調幅分解是連續地進行的,沒有明顯的階段性。分解后顯微組織也是不均勻的,從而限制了含金矯頑力的提高。等級時效前,α1相和α2相都是鐵磁性的,合金是多疇體,合金的矯頑力是疇壁位移決定的,而等級時效后,α2相區已變成非鐵磁性。合金內部存在相互作用疇。但合金的矯頑方是由單疇粒子的磁矩轉動來決定。

     

    Abstract: Spinodal decomposition and magnetic hardening of Fe-23Cr-15Co-0.5Ti alloy were studied by magnetic measurement, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Mossbauer effect and observation of magnetic domains after thermomagnetic treatment (TMT) and multiple step aging.
