建議在5～50噸橋吊小車上采用平面二次包絡弧面蝸桿傳動

A Suggestion With Plane Quadratic Enveloping Worm Transmission for 5-50tf Trolley of Overhead Travelling Crane

摘要: 本文簡要分析了5～50tf橋吊起重小車運行機構減速器存在的問題及平面二次包絡蝸輪付傳動原理及傳動特性。為改善小車運行機構的傳動性能,建議在5～50tf系列橋吊小車中采用平面二次包絡蝸輪付代替立式圓柱齒輪減速器。

Abstract: This paper is briefly analysed the problems of travelling mechanism redactor on 5-50tf trolley overhead travelling Crane. The principle of plane quadratic enveloping worm transmission and its characteristic.
It is suggestion that by means of the plane quadratic enveloping worm instead of of vertical type spur gear reductor in order to improving its transmission performance.
