  • 摘要: 在第二相強化的多元高溫合金穩態蠕交速率方程的基礎上,考慮了堆垛層錯能與反應力蠕變理論,進而提出了一個新的穩態蠕變速率普遍式:
    \mathop \rm\varepsilon \limits^\rm\cdot \rms=\rmA''(rs)^\rmno\frac\sigma -\sigma _\rmp\rmE(\rmT)^\rmno\exp (-\frac\rmQ\rmRT)
    根據對Ni-Co二元合金,γ'相強化和氧化物彌散強化的鎳基高溫合金、以及γ'相含量不高不同含Co量的鎳基高溫合金(Waspaloy)和高γ'相含量的不同含Co量的鎳基高溫合金(Udimet 700)的蠕變進行驗證,說明作者提出的穩態蠕變速率方程是可行的。

     

    Abstract: Af the base of steady state creep rate eguation for multicompment particle-strengthened alloys and in condideration of the stacking fault energie and resisting stress theory in creep, a new generalized steady-state creep rate equation is proposed:
    \mathop \rm\varepsilon \limits^\rm\cdot \rms=\rmA''(rs)^\rmno\frac\sigma -\sigma _\rmp\rmE(\rmT)^\rmno\exp (-\frac\rmQ\rmRT)
    The applicability of this equation is assessed by the creep of Ni-Co binary alloys, several γ' or oxide dispersion strengthened nickel-base superalloys, low γ' fraction strengthened nickel-base superalloys (Waspaloy) with different contents of cobalt and high fraction γ' strengthened nickel-base superalloys (Udimet‰) with different contents of cobalt. The result of this assessment is available.
