銅對WC-Co和WC-Ni合金的影響

    研究表明:WC-Co合金中添加銅可以有效地提高合金的抗彎強度和沖擊韌性。WC-15%Co合金中,添加0.5%Cu(重量)時,合金的抗彎強度較WC-15%Co合金提高10%以上。試驗得出,WC-15%Co合金的沖擊韌性隨含銅量的增加而提高,銅添加量為1%(重量)時達最大值,較WC-15%Co合金提高15%。研究指出:WC-Co合金中加入銅后,能細化合金的碳化物晶粒。
    研究表明:在WC-8%Ni合金中添加少量銅,可以明顯提高合金的抗彎強度而合金硬度降低不大。添加量為1.3%Cu時,抗彎強度達最大值,較WC-8%Ni合金提高25%。研究結果還表明,在WC-8%Ni合金中,隨含銅量的增加,合金晶粒漸趨均勻并細化。
    試驗得出:WC-8%Ni-Cu合金具有良好的耐酸耐蝕性。
    研究結果還表明:在WC-Co和WC-Ni中添加銅后,不僅能提高合金性能,而且還能降低產品的成本。
