鑄錠H含量及微量Pb對GH132合金中溫塑性的影響

  • 摘要: 在真空感應爐中用H2與GH132合金液平衡的方法,得到了具有不同H含量的錠子,研究了鑄錠H含量對GH132合金中溫塑性的影響。結果表明,鑄錠H含量不同(分別從2.0毫升/100克到19.6毫升/100克),但試棒H含量被降到同一水平(0.5毫升/100克左右)時,合金塑性相同,均不產生中溫低塑性區。
    研完了微量pb對GH132合金中溫塑性的影響,發現0.0002%的pb便急劇惡化GH132合金的中溫塑性,導致中溫低塑性區的產生。pb的有害作用可解釋為降低晶界強度及等強溫度。
