液壓鑿巖機結構參數設計方法研究

  • 摘要: 目前液壓鑿巖機沖擊器結構參數設計,一般僅考慮滿足鑿巖參數(沖擊功、沖擊未速、沖擊頻率或周期)指標、而在參數優化方面尚無成熟的方法。本文則對這一問題進行了探討,提出沖擊器結構參數優化設計可以系統壓力脈動及液壓沖擊最小為目的進行,它具有十分明顯的工程意義。為此,將沖擊器動力學模型近似簡化處理為“等加速”型模型,指出尋求最優結構參數,實質是一個尋求最優“開關”控制問題;由此導出作用在沖擊活塞上的液壓力與沖擊器結構參數的解析關系,使求泛函的極值問題能化為一般函數的極值問題。進而具體給出了以蓄能器容積變化和液壓沖擊最小為目標,建立指標函數的最優設計方法。
