弧形連鑄機四連桿振動機構的優化設計

  • 摘要: 本文比較了國內外弧形連鑄機四種振動機構的優缺點,建立了四連桿振動機構結構參數的數學模型,通過非線性規劃方法,分析和比較了三種目標函數,27種方案的計算結果,得出以結晶器外弧下口作為今后設計計算公式更為合理。為了檢驗該模型的準確性,文中對武鋼從西德引進的R10×1700弧型連鑄機的振動機構進行了計算,結果表明:其尺寸誤差不超過2毫米,角度誤差不超過16,因此,該模型可以作為今后設計時使用。
