控制軋制鍋爐鋼板的組織和性能

  • 摘要: 本文根據熱軋20g鋼板形變時效后的沖擊韌性經常達不到標準要求的3.5公斤·米/厘米2的實際生產情況,研究了熱軋20g鋼板形變時效動力學及控制軋制工藝參數對形變時效效應的影響,以探討控制軋制對AlN析出的作用;研究了熱軋20g鋼板形變時效后的沖擊韌性常低于標準要求的原因,控制軋制工藝通過鐵素體晶粒的細化,對形變時效前后的脆性轉化溫度及沖擊韌性的影響,探討利用控制軋制來改善鍋爐鋼板的組織及形變時效后的沖擊韌性的可能性及適宜性。實驗結果表明:形變時效顯著提高FATT及ITT,顯著降低韌性狀態的沖擊功,因而顯著降低沖擊韌性,形變時效后的FATT及ITT隨d-1/2增大而降低,形變時效后的沖擊韌性隨d-1/2增大而提高,因此,控制軋制也適用于鍋爐鋼板的生產。本文根據所得到的實驗結果,得出六點有關鍋爐鋼板控制軋制的初步結論。
