  • 摘要: 本文是珠光體和珠光體-鐵素體球墨鑄鐵齒輪彎曲疲勞極限應力σFlim測定的試驗總結。作者根據13對齒輪的壽命試驗結果,用最小二乘法求得疲勞曲線方程為
    σF3.23726N=2.941478×1011
    同時求得99%可靠度的疲勞曲線方程為:
    σF3.23726N=8.6050375×1010
    據此,確定當循環基數N0=5×106次時,其相應的彎曲疲勞極限應力為:
    當可靠度為99%時σFlim=29.4公斤/毫米2
    σFlim=20.4公斤/毫米2
    上述數值可供設計齒輪時參考。
