封閉力流式齒輪試驗臺的靜態和動態載荷特性

  • 摘要: 本文把封閉力流式齒輪試驗臺看成具有制造誤差的實際機構,并且在靜態和動態的條件下,實測了齒輪試驗臺的載荷特性數據,從而提出了若干反映齒輪試驗臺的精度等級的具體性能指標:一、靜態精度指標——靜扭矩極差、靜載荷波動率、卸載率和靜效率等;二、動態精度指標——運轉系數、載荷相對變動率、起動過載系數和傳動效率等。并且,還根據實測的數據,提出一些改善齒輪試驗數據準確性的具體辦法。
