珠光體和珠光體-鐵素體球墨鑄鐵齒輪抗點蝕能力的研究——球墨鑄鐵齒輪承載能力研究報告之二

  • 摘要: 本文總結了珠光體和珠光體—鐵素體球鐵齒輪的齒面接觸疲勞極限應力的測定結果。根據齒輪壽命試驗的結果數據,采用ISO齒輪承載能力計算方法,求得可靠度為0.99的接觸疲勞曲線方程,和循環基數N0=5×107時的接觸疲勞極限應力σHlim:
    當HB=253時,σHlim=673牛/毫米2;
    當HB=226時,σHlim=633牛/毫米2
    上述數值均高于國外同硬度的球鐵齒輪或相當碳鋼齒輪的數值。
    試驗中,還測定了齒面的磨損曲線,進行了齒輪潤滑狀態的計算。同時采用齒面復膜和掃瞄電鏡分析技術,揭示了珠光體球鐵齒輪齒面破壞的兩種不同方式。
