軋件冷頭對軋機動態應力的影響

  • 摘要: 本文用初等函數計算了有冷頭軋件所引起的軋機系統的動力響應。文章先對一自由度系統繪出以咬入時間為參數的反應譜,而后把作為多質量系統的軋機動應力化為一自由度系統動力響應的某種組合。計算結果表明:有冷頭軋件與無冷頭軋件所引起的最大動應力之比一般小于(至少不大于)該兩激力的最大值之比。這兩個比值之差多在0~10%范圍內。
