  • 摘要: 研究了Mn-Mo-B-RE系低合金鑄鋼中硼的偏析以及在均勻化、正火、調質熱處理過程中硼分布的變化;研究了含硼量、稀土元素加入以及鋼中鉬等合金元素對硼分布的影響。
    硼在鑄鋼中有明顯的偏析傾向,并隨含硼量的增加而加劇;經通常的均勻化處理后,鑄鋼中硼分布的均勻性受鉬偏析的強烈影響。在特定的條件下,會產生沿奧氏體一定結晶學平面的硼相析出,或沿晶界形成粗大連續網狀的硼相,導致脆斷。試驗還顯示稀土元素有保護硼的良好作用。
