40Ni-14Cr-Fe基高溫合金中相的析出及其脆化效應

  • 摘要: 在一種含鎢、鉬的40Ni-14Cr-Fe基高溫合金中,正常熱處理后就出現μ相,開始析出于晶界。微量(~0.1%)μ相就對合金塑性,尤其會使沖擊韌性值成倍下降,是合金長時期使用中脆化的主要因素。
    晶界微量μ相引起的脆化傾向與晶界上的μ相密集程度成正比關系,可通過控制成分及細化晶粒來降低μ相的密集程度,從而減弱晶界μ相引起的脆化作用。
    沿晶μ相所造成的室溫沖擊沿晶斷裂形式,其斷裂特征不是沿整個μ相介面形成孔洞,而只是沿部分μ相介面形成裂紋。
