對A.И.Целиков軋制壓力公式之分析——冷軋壓力數學模型研究之一

  • 摘要: 公式是冷軋最常用的軋制壓力模型之一,為提高模型精度,對該公式進行了分析。根據實驗資料的校核和上機計算表明,影響壓力分析的重要因素之一——外區的影響未予考慮,使在某范圍內給出的值偏低,所用的摩擦規律未被實驗證實,而且在大壓下量薄軋件軋制時,給出的值偏高。分析計算結果表明公式不能在所有軋制情況下與實際相符,且作者提出的一些論點也值得商榷。
