提高潛孔鉆頭使用壽命的研究——J-170柱齒鉆頭設計與試驗的體會

  • 摘要: 過去我國金屬礦山φ150潛孔鉆頭主要使用刃片型鉆頭,因結構和工藝上存在問題,在f=10~12的中等硬度以上礦巖條件金屬礦山使用壽命很低(一般為20~30米/個)。使用柱齒鉆頭后使用壽命有顯著的提高,達到200米/個左右水平。措施是鉆頭結構改刃片形為柱齒形,外形及尺寸保證鉆頭有足夠強度並能有效傳遞沖擊能量;在加工工藝上根據固齒的模擬試驗和生產實踐所總結出鉆頭硬度、加精度與過盈量的合理配比關系來提高固齒質量;在鉆機工作參數中堅持高風壓、低轉速原則,以提高破巖效果減少鉆頭的磨損。文中列舉了室內外的試驗數據來說明上述措施的效果。
