立方氮化硼的高壓燒結

  • 摘要: 立方氮化硼(CBN)是一種硬度僅次于金剛石的人工合成超硬材料。本文研究了立方氮化硼在高壓下的燒結工藝。發現CBN粉末料的純度和表面狀況對CBN聚晶的高壓燒結有著十分重要的影響。實驗證明,無論純CBN或加有金屬粘結劑的CBN聚晶,采用盡可能高的壓力和選擇合適的燒結溫度才能得到高性能的聚晶。本文對CBN聚晶中粘結劑的作用和純CBN聚晶的強度進行了理論探討和實驗論證。並認為CBN的高壓燒結具有碳化物等粉末冶金材料熱壓過程的基本特征,顆粒滑動和壓碎、塑性變形、體積擴散、晶界擴散等是高壓燒結時的致密化機構。
